Join us as our community comes together to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with a three-day celebration right here in Parkesburg. Local community organizations (including the Library!) are partnering to bring an exciting lineup of events, entertainment, history, and activities for all ages. Held in Minch Park, July 3, 4, & 5, 2026, Parkesburg 250 will honor our shared past while creating new memories for the future.
As we prepare for this milestone celebration, we rely on the generosity of our community to help bring these events to life. Fundraising efforts are underway, and every contribution—big or small—helps ensure that Parkesburg 250 is an unforgettable experience for everyone.
We are holding a series of Pancake Breakfasts at the Parkesburg VFW in January, February, and March as part of our fundraising efforts. Just $10 gets you all-you-can-eat pancakes, bacon or sausage, fruit, and coffee or tea. No registration required - we hope to see you there!
