CALLING ALL SUMMER READERS AGES 5-16 ~ LOTTERY FOR FIVE BACK PACKS
If you read any books this summer, you are eligible to enter the Summer Readers Back Pack Lottery.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Ask Library for Entry Form.
2. Complete the Entry Form.
2. Answer the Questions
3. Add your Name, Phone Number and the Title of the Book you read
4. Put your Entry Form in the Jar at our Library on or before September 21.
Winners will be announced on September 22. Entry forms may be filled out by an adult or student.
