We’d like to invite you to an educational workshop that provides tips and tools to initiate healthy heart-to-heart conversations today to help reduce stress in the future.
Heart-to-Heart: Conversations Around Aging is a free, 60-minute interactive workshop designed to help you gain a better understanding of your parents’ or your own desires for the future. Participants receive information and tips for discussing wishes and potential needs—so you all can be prepared and enjoy more peace of mind about the future. No products or services will be sold.
The educational workshop will be offered at Parkesburg Library, 105 West Street, on January 11th, 2020 from 10AM to 11:15AM, and will be led by Marcia Upton.
