Sen. Carolyn Comitta Mobile Office, at Parkesburg Library, May 4 and June 1, 2:00-4:00. Services Provided: SEPTA Key Senior ID Cards; Property/Rent Rebate; PennDOT Questions or Assistance; Birth/Death Certificate Requests; Unclaimed Property; Any State Government Issue.

Hanging Basket Sale, Saturday, May 7, 9am – 1pm, $17 each, 3 for $50, benefits the library.

Silent Auction, 4 Parkesburg Sesquicentennial pottery pieces. They can no longer be ordered, so stop in the library and put in a bid for the one(s) you like: April 6-May 20.

Parkesburg Sesquicentennial, May 20, 21, 22. Our library will have a table in the Organizational Tent on Saturday, May 21.

Create and Play Days, Games and Crafts, 1pm – 3pm, May 21 and June 18

Final Friday May 27, Honoring the Military. Library will be there with crafts for kids.

Coming June 1, Park Ranger will present talk on mammals at 2:00. Ages 5 and below.

Gardening: Chester County Food Cupboard will host Seeds to Table in July – details to come.

Night out for Barnstormers Baseball! Details coming soon.

Brandywine River Museum We have a FREE PASS! Free admission to the museum for up to 4 guests. Patrons need to come to the library to borrow the pass, first come, first served.

Coffee Saturdays at the library. Bring your mug, we supply the rest.
Book Sale Corner, in the Children’s Room during library hours. Lightly used books, DVDs, CDs, etc.

PAWS for Reading, 3rd Tuesdays of the month, 5:30-6:30. Kids read to a friendly dog. Call for a 15- minute spot.

Knitting and Crochet Club, every Wednesday, 6:00-8:00 pm in the library. All levels of experience welcome. Bring your project and join in the fun! Bring a mask and remember to socially distance.

Mystery Book Club, 3rd Monday of the month, 6:30 – 7:30, in person and Zoom.
